Evangeline McDowell is the creepy vampire attending Mahora Junior School. She's very knowledgable in magic, but has a curse on her. It's called the school curse, or something like that I beleive, that doesn't allow her to leave school property or to tap into her powers unless it's the full moon.

Chachamaru, whom is her partner in battle, is usually seen with Evangeline. The Chachamaru that we see with Evangeline is the third version - the first version being a magic-based puppet, and the second one unknown. Chachamaru is very devoted to Evangeline.
